What’s the catch?
Shows are first come, first served, and the venue assigns your seats. If you reserve and can’t go, cancel ahead of time. A no-show fee may apply. It’s made for trying something new, so if you only want one specific show or seat, it isn’t the right fit.
Why are the tickets complimentary?
A full room makes a better event for the performers and the paying crowd, so venues share seats they didn’t sell with our members. You get the night out; they get a lively house.
How does billing work?
Membership renews each month or year, whichever you pick. Cancel any time in Settings and you keep access until the period ends.
Do I get to pick my seats?
No. You pick the event and how many tickets, and the venue assigns the seats when you arrive. Most members find that part of the fun.
What if nothing fits my schedule?
New shows usually post each week, one to two weeks out. 488 were posted around Cleveland last year. Turn on alerts to catch new ones as they land.
