About The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia
The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia is a 33-member professional ensemble that performs a wide range of classical music, from Baroque to contemporary works. They do not have a single venue, performing instead at multiple locations across Philadelphia such as the Perelman Theater, Church of the Holy Trinity, and College of Physicians' Mitchell Hall. They host classical concerts and "Orchestra in the garden" series, offering intimate and immediate musical experiences. Their audience includes enthusiastic individuals from all walks of life, with efforts to reach veterans, students, and underserved communities.
