About Orpheus Club
The Orpheus Club, located at 254 S Van Pelt St, Philadelphia, PA 19103, is the oldest men's singing club in the United States, established in 1872. It operates as a men's choral society, hosting three formal concerts annually at major Philadelphia venues such as the Academy of Music and the Kimmel Center, alongside an annual musical satire, the "Twelfth Night Revels," at their clubhouse. Their repertoire spans classical, jazz, and pop music. The club's events are primarily attended by its Associate Members and their invited guests.
