About Mendelssohn Chorus of Philadelphia
The Mendelssohn Chorus of Philadelphia is a world-class mixed community chorus rather than a fixed venue. They host a variety of choral music events, including collaborations with the Philadelphia Orchestra, premieres of new works, and community singing initiatives like the "All-Philly Big Sing" in different performance spaces, often churches and concert halls such as the Marian Anderson Hall. Their typical audience includes choral music lovers of all ages and backgrounds, and the broader Philadelphia community interested in both classical and innovative choral experiences.
