About Vocal Arts DC

Vocal Arts DC is an organization dedicated to nurturing and promoting the classical voice recital genre and introducing audiences to art song literature. It hosts a variety of events, including classical voice recitals by world-renowned artists and emerging talents, masterclasses, and collaborative programs like songSLAMs and Art Song Wikithons. While not a single venue itself, Vocal Arts DC presents its performances at locations such as Live! at 10th & G and La Maison Française at the French Embassy. Their typical audience comprises individuals interested in classical vocal music and supporting both established and up-and-coming singers.
